My name is Charlotte Louise Chambers and I am a third year undergraduate history student at the University of Greenwich. This blog is a product of my course Gendering The British; a course which focuses on British’s identity, citizenship and rights between 1780 and 1930. My passions within this topic lie with the radical minds who’s ideas not only questioned societies values and culture, but who’s ideas still enchant and inspire our understanding of our ‘gendered’ world today.

Engage with my posts and delve into a history of the iconic names you should remember.
